Deposit Policy – CIEL

To secure and confirm your reservation with CIEL, a non-refundable deposit is required before any booking arrangements begin.

Deposit Requirement

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking
• For this experience, the required deposit amount is 11,610 SAR
• The deposit secures limited availability and allows CIEL to begin reservations and coordination with hotels, transportation providers, and curated experience partners

Final Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than  20 May 2026
• Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit

Non-Refundable Policy

• All deposits made to CIEL are strictly non-refundable
• By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit covers planning, coordination, and reservation commitments made on their behalf
• Deposits remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, including personal circumstances, visa issues, travel restrictions, or scheduling conflicts

Changes & Amendments

• Any requested modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Deposits cannot be transferred to alternative dates, travelers, or services unless explicitly approved by CIEL

Exceptional Circumstances

In unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, CIEL will make every reasonable effort to assist clients and explore suitable alternatives; however, all deposits remain subject to this policy and the third-party provider's terms and conditions.
