Replacement and Return Policy (Cancellation and Refund)
Due to the nature of tourism services, cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of service:
Cancellation of Bookings
Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of confirmation if tickets have not yet been issued or the final booking has not been confirmed.
After booking confirmation, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider (airline/hotel/tour company).
Fees
Administrative or service provider fees may be deducted.
Some bookings are non-refundable.
Modifications
Bookings can be modified subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply according to the service provider"s policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method, after deducting any applicable fees.
