- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due by 20 July 2026.
- If the trip is cancelled by Ciel due to force majeure or because the minimum number of participants is not reached, all payments made will be refunded in full.
- By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to Ciel’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.

• يُسدد المبلغ المتبقي قبل 20 يوليو 2026.
• في حال إلغاء الرحلة من قبل Ciel بسبب ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة أو عدم اكتمال الحد الأدنى لعدد المشاركات، يُسترد كامل المبلغ المدفوع للعميل.
• بإتمام عملية الدفع، يقر العميل بموافقته على شروط الحجز والإلغاء الخاصة بـ Ciel
